Privacy Policy

Wojo Marketing (“WM”, “we”, “us”) builds websites and appointment-booking systems for local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers wojomarketing.store and the websites and booking pages we build and host for our clients.

Information we collect

• Contact requests. When you contact us or request a free website preview, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, phone number, and email address.
• Appointment bookings. When you book an appointment through a website we host, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service and time you chose, and any notes you add.
• Public business information. To build website previews, we use information a business has already published on Google, such as its name, address, hours, photos, and reviews.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used only to operate and protect the service (for example, to limit abusive booking attempts).

How we use it

• To respond to your requests and provide the services you asked for.
• To create and deliver appointment bookings: your booking details are shared with the business you booked with, and a calendar invitation is sent to you and to that business through Google Calendar.
• To build free website previews for local businesses.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• The business you book with. Your appointment details go to that business so they can serve you.
• Service providers. We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Google (Calendar invitations and business data). They process information only to provide those services.
• Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of WM, our clients, or others.

Google Calendar

Our booking system creates calendar events using Google Calendar on behalf of WM and the businesses we work with. Booking details are stored as events on a calendar dedicated to that business. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention

We keep booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep business records, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

• Every calendar invitation includes a link to cancel the appointment.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing wojom4@gmail.com.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
